In 2015, John shifted his career to capital markets and joined a leading global private equity firm. He was responsible for cross-border mergers and acquisitions and portfolio management. He successfully led several cross-border mergers and acquisitions, helping companies leverage their capital and expand internationally. Through his exceptional strategic vision and execution, he has become a highly respected industry leader.

She has over 15 years of experience in financial management. She worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, participating in financial due diligence and structural optimization of cross-border M&A projects, and later as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of a major global asset management firm, responsible for financial strategy and investment portfolio risk management. In 2018, Emily transitioned to the charitable sector and served as Chief Financial Officer of a world-renowned foundation, promoting fundraising and sustainable development for public-interest projects.

André Castro is Director of Strategic Development at the EverCare Alliance Foundation and holds a Master's degree in International Relations from Stanford University. With experience in international development and global strategy, he has participated in the planning and implementation of numerous economic and social development projects at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), focusing on environmental sustainability and social innovation. He was also a Senior Strategic Advisor at the Boston Consulting Group, where he provided global strategy and sustainable development advice to non-governmental organizations and multinational corporations, and promoted the international expansion of numerous projects.

Maria Sorey is the Director of Public Relations and Communications for the EverCare Alliance Foundation and holds a Master's degree in Journalism from Columbia University. She has extensive experience in brand communications and crisis management. She previously led advertising and crisis management for multinational corporations at the international public relations firm Hopkins Public Relations Group, successfully enhancing the image of several international brands. She also served as Director of Public Relations for a world-renowned nonprofit organization and significantly increased the brand's global influence in the public welfare field through construction and media management.
